10 mountain climbers
10 air squats
10 arm circles (light plates)
10 bench presses
– Take turns with a partner as needed.
– Add load each round.
Bench Press (For load: every 5:00
All sets should be at 70% or greater based on previous 1-rep-max bench.
Recovery Tools (No Measure)
Spend 3-8 minutes with the Theragun or other recovery items. Address any sore areas post WOD.
