CrossFit

Constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. CrossFit is designed for everyone. It is scalable in all aspects making it the perfect fitness regime for any committed individual regardless of experience. All of our CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, the core movements of life. Everyday we have a Beginner, Intermediate, and RX option. So that everyone can work side by side and get the appropriate workout for where they are physically.

PowerHouse Academy

This is where all athletes who are new to CrossFit begin by working 1-on-1 with one of our coaches. We spend time with each of our new athletes to establish a strong foundation and help you to be successful.

Recovery

Everything that is not training is recovery. This program will allow you to use certain tools (i.e. foam rollers, Theragun, NormaTec) to improve the movement of your body so that you can decrease injury and increase your athletic potential, recovery, and overall well-being.

Individual Design

This is an à la carte service for people who are looking to attain a specific goal that requires more than just daily CrossFit programming. This is programming that can be done either during Open Gym or on your own outside of the box. This program will commonly contain specific goals such as strength development, skill development, or a rehabilitation focus.

Nutrition

If you are looking to lose fat, gain muscle and live a healthy lifestyle, your limiting factors go beyond exercise. Improper nutrition is what holds people back from reaching their health and fitness goals. With a team of certified specialists, we will help you dispel the common myths about nutrition and work with you to develop a nutrition plan that is unique to your personal goals.

Open Gym

For those individuals who are looking to be able to workout on their own, but still workout in a CrossFit facility. You will have the ability to follow your own programming or utilize Individual Design (ID). Open Gym will also allow you the benefit of not having to workout in a crowded facility. It is complementary to our Unlimited CrossFit Membership. You can also take advantage of Open Gym for daily or weekly Drop-In’s.
