Starting CrossFit may seem intimidating but we promise you we’ll help you get started no matter what your current fitness level is. Before you begin regular CrossFit classes you will complete 3 one-on-one training classes. Each of these introductory 1 hour classes are instructed by one of our expert coaches.
With individualized coaching, you will gain an in-depth understanding of CrossFit. It will set you up for unparalleled physical and mental success both in CrossFit and life! You will then be coached through an extensive and informative beginner’s CrossFit course to ensure a smooth transition into our community and regular classes.
Instruction is technical, focusing on mobility, mechanics and constantly varied, functional movement. With CrossFit, you will see improvements in strength, stamina and cardiovascular/respiratory endurance!
