CrossFit

CrossFit is our core functional strength and conditioning program which we scale to every fitness ability. It’s based on 10 physical abilities recognized by sports specialists: strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, accuracy, muscular resistance, cardiorespiratory resistance, agility and balance.

Classes run approximately 1 hour. You will be coached through a warm-up, mobility, skill and/or strength work-out, the WOD (“Work Out of the Day”) and a cool down.
