:20 bottom of squat hold

Loading Up

3 sets:

2 touch-and-go clean and jerks

-adding weight as you go.

Olympic Weightlifting

Clean and Jerk (7 sets for load:
2 clean and jerks
— Lift once every 3:00.)

— All reps should be touch-and-go; no resting the bar on the floor between reps.

— Try to build to around 85% of your 1-rep max.
