PowerHouse Academy is where all athletes who are new to CrossFit begin by working 1-on-1 with one of our coaches. We spend time with each of our new athletes to establish a strong foundation and help you be successful.
Step 3
Once finished with PowerHouse Academy, you are ready to begin your CrossFit journey. Our class sizes are kept small, to ensure that you get a world class fitness experience with your coach every single workout.
